  • Questions about Association Policies and Fees including Move IN, Move OUT, Late Charges, Deliveries etc. Please refer to the FAQ on your Resident Portal.
  • How to Submit a Work Order: You may select Maintenance Button off your Resident Portal to report all problems to your Board. MyPropertyBilling.com handles only financial & administrative management unless instructed by the Board.
  • How to Contact your Board: Please select Communication off your Resident Portal for direct email access to your Board.
  • How to Order Insurance Certificates: Insurance Certificates need to be ordered from the association’s insurance agency. The contact name and number can be found on your Resident Portal in your DOCUMENT folder under Community Documents/Insurance.
  • How to Access Association Governing Documents or Rules & Regulations: All documents can be downloaded off your Resident Portal in your Document folder under Community Documents.
  • How to Update Personal Information: Please update all personal information such as email, mailing address, tenants, phone, pets, etc. on your Resident Portal under Profile
